about Customer Service
A warm and friendly welcome awaits you at our Customer Service Centre, which is located on the lower level next to the Food Court escalators. Our Customer Service Centre offers a wide variety of services to assist you, and is open Monday-Saturday from 9:30am-10pm, and Sunday from 12 noon-5pm.
Gift Cards
Avalon Mall gift cards make the perfect gift for any season or occasion. Available in any denomination, Avalon Mall gift cards are a great gift for the person who has everything, or for those who like the gift of choice.
Bus Passes
Getting to the Avalon Mall is made easier when you ride with Metrobus. For your convenience the Avalon Mall Customer Service Centre offers route schedules & maps as well as monthly and 10 ride bus passes for seniors, adults, and children. During the school year, student semester passes are also available.
Gift Wrapping
After you have bought the perfect gift for that special someone, bring it to our Customer Service Centre to be gift wrapped. Our gift wrapping service is available all year, and our expert staff will help you select the perfect wrap for the occasion or season.
