Are you a strong leader who can energize & motivate a team to achieve excellent business results? Then consider Shop Owner as a possible next step in your career. Lead a team of dedicated Associates to achieve sales targets. This includes up-selling, add-on selling & providing total solutions to customers. Build a high-performance team through effective recruitment, coaching & performance management.
Responsible for achieving monthly sales, payroll & gross profit goals. Staffing requirements, Promotional activity, Product assortment.
Ensure merchandise & visual presentation standards are maintained to drive sales results. Identify opportunities for improvement, including inventory flow assortment & market segmentation data.
Ensure all associates work in compliance with all laws & regulations & complete all required health &safety training, report accidents & take precaution to ensure personal safety & the safety of others & perform other duties as required.
Success in this role calls for strong customer service & supervisory/leadership skills. The ideal job candidate will have some experience in a Sales Associate role. Other qualifications for this job include:
Organizational planning, Selling, sales results, Visual presentaiton & merchandising skills
Ability to operate Point of Sale terminal
